How do I make a reservation?

1) SELECT SPACE / ROOM

  • select the desired location,
  • select the desired date,
    in which case you will get a list of free spaces
  • select the desired space/room (and time) directly by pressing the green bar or the selection list
  • check the date and times when the reservation starts and ends. (Allow min 30 min time at the beginning and end for preparations.)

2) ENTER THE INFORMATION OF THE BOOKER

  • please provide the contact information
  • select the information for sign boards
  • tell us the desired catering
  • select additional services
  • please give any free instructions or additional information
  • choose a payment method
  • please provide any coupon code
  • confirm the Booking Request
    after which the system automatically sends a confirmation message to your email

Things to be considered:

HINT ABOUT NAMES:

  • "Space" = 1 person workspace
    "Office" = 3-4 person own work/meeting room
    The others are meeting, training and lounge spaces and the names tell, for example, the air direction of the windows and the entire price range (under or over 40 m2).

CATERING:

  • Catering can be freely indicated when booking. The price list and basic selection can be found from our webpage.

PREPARATIONS:

  • We ask that you take into account the time required for preliminary preparations (e.g. 30 min) before and after the event.

START:

  • Please note that the facilities are only available from the start of the reservation. You may not be able to access the meeting rooms before the start of your reservation due to the previous meeting.

EXTENSION:

  • The reservation can be extended on the spot - if the reservation situation allows. Otherwise, the event must end no later than the agreed time. Of course, you can inquire if a replacement space could be found for the continuation.

CONFIRMATION:

  • After sending the reservation, the system will automatically send you a confirmation of receipt of the reservation to the given email address.

REMINDER:

  • In the contact information, you can also choose to send a reminder as a text message to the given phone number a couple of days before the event.

24/7 BOOKINGS:

  • We serve 24/7 - by advance pre-reservation. If you need to have a meeting with an exceptional schedule (19:00 - 08:00) during the same day/night, please call +358 10 5011 501 and ensure the success of the reservation (resources, etc.).

The hourly rates are valid on weekdays and on Saturdays from 06.00 - 22.00. At other times, ie during the night (22.00 to 06.00) and Sundays we charge from normal casual customers an call duty allowance of +50 % to the normal hourly price. The addition of holidays (eg. Easter, 1.5., Midsummer, Independence Day and Christmas) is 100%.

All prices are without tax (VAT 0%). The normal Finnish VAT will be added to the final prices.
