We are a full service provider, from basic catering to customizable options for special occasions.
Binding catering orders must be made no later than seven (7) days prior to the event, with the final changes. When placing an order, please notify all diets and allergies. We strive to deliver orders also with a shorter notice, but we have the right to charge an express delivery payment with these orders.

HOURLY RATES
All prices are valid until further notice or for the specified period or year. We reserve the right to change prices, even during the season. Hourly rates are valid on weekdays and Saturdays from 06:00 to 22:00. For bookings on Mondays and Saturdays, we offer a 50% discount on the normal hourly rate. On Saturdays, the minimum booking time is 2 hours.
NIGHTS & HOLIDAYS
At other times from 22:00 to 06:00 and on Sundays, we charge occasional customers a call duty surcharge of +50% of the space's hourly rate. On public holidays, the call duty surcharge is 100%.
SUMMER, CHRISTMAS, AND HOLIDAY SEASON
During low season, we offer a 50% discount on the normal list prices. The discounted prices are valid from 06:00 to 22:00. At other times and on Sundays, we charge a call duty surcharge of +50% of the space's hourly rate. On public holidays, the call duty surcharge is 100%. The low seasons are:
- Winter holiday week 17.2.2025 - 23.2.2025
- Summer season 16.6.2025 - 31.8.2025
- Autumn holiday week 13.10.2025 - 19.10.2025
- Christmas season 15.12.2025 - 18.1.2026
CATERING IN OVER 40 m2 SPACES
It is allowed for our customers to bring their own catering to all spaces except for alcoholic beverages to Ruoholahti OASIS, which has a liquor license. If catering is ordered through Meeting Park for reservations of spaces over 40 m², a discount of 50 euros will be applied to the hourly rate. Any catering ordered from our catering menu qualifies for this discount. Contract clients always have an hourly rate according to their agreement.
